Promotion Validity

• 1.1 This offer is valid for any event booking made at The Great Yorkshire Events Centre up until 31st July 2025

• 1.2 The complimentary three-month trial must be activated up to three months prior to the event date but no later than 1st September 2025. Any claims for the free software trial made after this date will not be considered.

 

Eligibility & Activation

• 2.1 This promotion is available to event planners who confirm their event booking at The Great Yorkshire Events Centre either directly with the venue or through Catch the MICE.

• 2.2 Upon confirming the event, the event planner will receive a unique discount code from Catch the MICE, granting three months of free access to the Joi event planning software.

• 2.3 The trial period must be activated within the specified timeframe and cannot be deferred beyond 1st September 2025.

 

Software Access & Usage

• 3.1 This promotion provides full access to Joi’s event planning solution, enabling event planners to manage up to 10 active events simultaneously.

• 3.2 The software may be used for events that are not necessarily hosted at The Great Yorkshire Events Centre, subject to the applicable usage limitations.

• 3.3 The package includes:

  • Full access to Joi’s event planning and production software.

  • A dedicated microsite for event promotion.

  • A professional event app to enhance attendee engagement.

  • Seamless management of event schedules, speakers, and exhibitors.

 

Support & Assistance

• 4.1 Catch the MICE will provide guidance and support to event planners on how to use the Joi platform. While support is available, the software is designed to be intuitive and user-friendly.

• 4.3 Any additional training or technical support beyond the standard assistance provided may be subject to additional charges.

 

Limitations & Exclusions

• 5.1 The discount code provided is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

• 5.2 The complimentary three-month trial cannot be extended beyond the stated activation period.

• 5.3 Catch the MICE and The Great Yorkshire Events Centre reserve the right to withdraw or amend the promotion without prior notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

 

General Terms

• 6.1 By participating in this promotion, event planners agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

• 6.2 Any misuse of the software or violation of the terms may result in immediate suspension of access to the Joi platform.

• 6.3 Catch the MICE and The Great Yorkshire Events Centre accept no liability for any technical issues, disruptions, or errors encountered while using the software.
